Good questions.

I am an ex-graduate student (don’t worry, I finished), a naturalist, an ecologist, a drawer, a photographer, a birder, a biker, a “runner”, an Anglophile, a life long Sconnie, a temporary Hoosier and Cracker? Gator? or whatever you call Floridians, now a terrifyingly possibly long term Minnesoootan, and so many other things that can’t be said out of the context of everything else. I am the sum of what I produce, but I am also the sum of what I am.

The goal of this blog is simply to document the things that I make, the pictures that I take, and the tangible products of my time. And also to get some thoughts out of my otherwise quiet self and into the cloud of existence beyond my crowded mind, for better or for worse.

Every write up, picture, and drawing I post is my own work, unless stated otherwise (so please don’t steal stuff without asking).
